To purchase this electronic card, first enter the gift amount and add the card to your shopping bag. At checkout, you will be able to customize the card with the recipient's name, email address and optional personal message! After your purchase has been made:

1. a confirmation email will be sent to you.

2. an email containing the electronic gift card (.pdf file attachment) will be sent to your email. Due to high demand, please allow 2-3 hours for our system to issue your gift cards.

GIFT CARD RETURN:

If you wish to request a refund for a gift card purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date. We will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Please note that refunds will be issued minus a processing fee of 2.4% to 3.4% of the original purchase price if the gift card was purchased with an Amex card. This processing fee is charged by the credit card company and is non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

SHIPPING: Free U.S Ground Shipping & Returns on Domestic Orders over $100, after promotions and discounts are applied. Gift cards, packaging, and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. For orders under $100 a flat shipping rate of $8 will apply.

Every ROBIN PICCONE design begins at the Los Angeles design studio. Starting with a sketch; fabrics, trims and colors are then developed for each season. Our design team works closely with mills in North America to develop nearly all of our exclusive fabrics. The designs come to life with a team of in house seamstresses who create each sample, some of whom have been with the company for over 15 years. The samples are then meticulously reviewed and tested on a variety of body types to ensure the signature ROBIN PICCONE fit.
