SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders for in stock merchandise are processed within 2 business days of receipt of your order, Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm, excluding weekends and holidays. Expedited orders must be placed by 2pm PST. Orders are shipped via USPS using the method of your choice.
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, occasionally due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, a member from our customer service team will notify you and the item will be cancelled from your order with no charge.

Tax: Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, not including shipping and handling fees, for orders shipped to California.
Free Priority Shipping On Domestic Orders Over $75
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please see below for shipping rates. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. At this time we do not offer international shipping. You will receive a tracking email from us when your package ships.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags and hygienic liners fully attached.
Please note any items marked Final Sale on the website cannot be returned or exchanged. Robin Piccone Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Once we receive your item(s), please allow 3-5 business days to process your return or exchange. We will inspect the item(s) and notify you via email once your return has been processed. Upon approval we will process an exchange or issue a refund in the same form as the initial payment. Please be advised that it may take 5-12 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable. Return handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or websites.
To Process A Return:
Please fill out the return form included with your order. This form is needed to process the return, and without this information your refund or exchange may be delayed. We recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost or damaged return shipments.
