Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30-day return policy. All return requests must be submitted via the Return Portal within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and hygienic liners attached. Robin Piccone reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you purchased for a refund and place a new order on robinpiccone.com
GIFT CARD RETURN:
If you wish to request a refund for a gift card purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date. We will process your refund as quickly as possible.
Please note that refunds will be issued minus a processing fee of 2.4% or 3.4% (if the gift card was purchased with an Amex card) of the original purchase price . This processing fee is charged by the credit card company and is non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your return at our warehouse please allow up to 5 business days to process your return. Upon approval we will issue a refund in the same form as the initial payment and send an email confirmation with refund details. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be advised that it may take 5-12 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
